See CalendarSample\providerSQLServer.cls class - it allows connect to SQL Server.

I would like to have some extra columns in the Schedules table and need to process data in that columns trough my code.
 
Can I have multiresources with a custom provider?
Can CalendarResourcesManager object work with custom provider (SQL Server)? Is there any code or example for this case?
