You can use TextAlignment = 'Right' for ListBox's TextBlock.

I'm just starting to experiment with the markup support along with unicode and righttoleft. Is there some trick to making these work together? Seems to work better in some controls than others. Notice in this listbox that only the first line displays from the right. The others all use markup. I'm pretty sure the combobox is wrong too:
