You must strore them manually:

XTPShortcutManager()->SaveShortcuts(this, _lpszProfile);

 

XTPShortcutManager()->LoadShortcuts(this, _lpszProfile); (in CMainFrame::LoadFrame)

see CustomizeDlg sample.

If you have any accelerators that are just plain letters orshift+letters, you can't type those particular letters into the editbox to rename a command in the context menu that pops up if you rightclick the command in customize mode.

Also, I don't think custom accelerator changes made in the Keyboard tabare saved when I quit and restart my app. Everything else is (toolbarpositions, custom toolbars, tear-offs that were docked, etc)
