Thanks for the idea.

Then I wondered why the CodeJock sample toolbar worked OK.  That doesn't use Pictureboxes.

Aha..... they just use the standard VB controls

So I tried that.  The standard VB controls work OK.  The problem is only with the CodeJock controls.

I have got my first CommandBar working  (using code rather than the Designer).

I add two custom controls to it, as shown in CodeJock sample code.  I am adding CodeJock FlatEdit control and also CodeJock Slider Control.

When toolbar first appears everything looks correct. But when I click on a customcontrol BOTH controls jump to different position (back to their original position). If dock the toolbar, custom controls jump back to correct place, and stay with toolbar when I drag the toolbar around.  But when I click a control they junp back to original positions.


What have I forgotten to do??   (yes. I am assuming it is my fault)

SOLUTION:  The problem is only with CodeJock controls.  So I use the standard VB TextBox and Slider Controls and they work OK.
