Scrible sample worked with NT group only.

to build dll open WorkSpace\XTPToolkit_Dll_Res\XTPResource.dsw and build all projects.

Where are Translations\*.dll needed for this sample?

I tried the Scribble sample (MBCS) but I have issues with it.  Onmy English WinXP it works to display German just fine, but if I set thecodepage in control panel to use German it only displays in English,despite the choices made in the program.  I set both the RegionalOptions tab and the Advanced tab dropdowns to the language I use whentesting.
Also on a foreign-language version of Windows98SE I get the sameproblem, everything BUT the proper language works when using similarcode in my own apps.  Also SetThreadLocale is not supported underWin9x anyways.
