Quite often I have report controls where I want group rows to stay visible in the window even when they do not have any child items!

[Group 1]
  [Item 1] <--- Removing this item causes the parent group to disappear!
 
How do you make the group row stay until explicitly removed? If this is not supported, do you think you could add this for 12.0.0.2?
