I have solved the Problem !
 
In some customerinstallations (Windwos2000, somtimes WindwosXP) there are an old version of the msvbvm60.dll (6.0.97.x).
 
On my PC i have the Version 6.0.98.2.
If i delivere this msvbvm60 than everything works fine.

If i use the skinning in conjunction with msado and odbc-driver from MS SQL-Server, somtimes crashes the skinning in modul msvbvm60.dll.
 
But if i exclude this modul from skinning, not all forms will be skinned correct.
I must also apply the mainwindow that contains the skin-control.
 
The application is stable than, but somtimes the skinning of different controls are lost.
Skinning works only correct when i don't exclude the msvbvm60.dll.
 
For a workaround i use a simple Ribbon without any tabs but with systembutton and enabled frametheme.
 
The crash occurs mostly in windows2000 not in windows xp.
