I have a question regarding customization.  I want to allow customization, but there are scenarios in my application where a certain "action" needs to be visible, but in theory the user has the ability to remove menu and toolbar items, so forcefully setting the Actions(x).Visible = True will not have any effect. Is there a way around this?
