Hi,
 
It should be possible. Look at the sample ReportSample (drag&drop sample) that comes with Codejock samples. Just open two instances of the app and you see that you can drag records from one app to the other app. I don't know if it's possible to drop records in an Excel sheet.

Is there really no one outside here who already implemented dragging records to another app as described???

Is it not possible or is this feature extraordinary???

Hello,

I want to give my users the ability to drag selected records from the report control to another app, for example word, excel or a text editor, but i'm confused about the right way to code this.

I enabled DragnDrop with method EnableDragDrop with a unique Clipboardstring and the event DragDropCompleted is received, but while dragging the selected rows always a slashed circle (in the foreign app) is visible.

Can anyone give me some hints to code this?
