Sorry think it can't be changed. I saw same frame in Outplook 2007 when it busy.

I've ran into a strange bug regarding the ribbon and using themes.  In our application, if you click the system button (top-left round button in ribbon) while the application is in a "busy" state (such as loading a large file), the old XP blue themed caption bar appears over the ribbon temporarily.

What would cause this and is there a fix?
