Hi,
Yes, its can't be changed. Even Office2007 products show it.

I have an Office 2007 black themed ribbon at the top of my application.  When I run it in Windows XP 32-bit with Service Pack 2, the theme shows up fine.  However, when I minimize or maximize the window, it temporarily displays the default Windows XP blue theme during the animation.  Is this something that can be fixed, or just a limitation from Windows XP?
