Running XP 32Bit here, my friend is running Vista 32Bit and is able to reproduce the problem.

I did a video capture which is located at http://www.thedaedalus.net/upload/extremesuite_error2.avi

Note the Action Log group box - it logs the MouseDown and MouseUp events.
EDIT: It logs the MouseDown and MouseUp events for  the top TreeView only.

The first first few clicks I make are just to make note of the action log.

The first right click (Button 2) is where I start reproducing the error.
One thing of note - no MouseUp event occurs for the right click.

Directly after I do the double left click, I show how the entire program stops responding to events - it keeps thinking every click anywhere on the program (even the title bar) is a click in the TreeView.

Hello all,

Have a bug thats plagued me for some time now.

My application is written in C#, but this problem is reproducable in the Suite Controls VB6 sample:
  1. Right click on a populated TreeView control (the top one in the TreeView panel can be used)
  2. Double click on a node inside that TreeView control
  3. Witness no other controls in the entire program working (though you can still click nodes in the TreeView)
  4. Again right click the TreeView control - everything works again.
Is there any workaround for this?
