I noticed that on some occasions a 3rd party app's menus are being merged into my active menu bar. When I investigated the 3rd party app, I noticed that their app also uses CommandBars ocx. I cannot repro the issue consistently, but on more than one occasion, instead of my ActiveMenuBar consisting of the typical File | Edit | Tools, etc. I have 3-4 tools from this 3rd party app appearing before my File menu. My app has the customizable flag set to false.
