My company bought xtreme command bars and after a two weeks of trying we came to the conclusion that we didn't want it. Today we have been trying to get our money back for over 2 months but havn't heard anything from codejock.

I thought this could be relevant for those of you who are thinking of buying.

Hello Mr. Jönsson,

We received your request for refund 24-FEB-04.  Unfortunately, we have not completed your request because you have not sent the Certificate of Destruction form required.

Because the software was delivered and installed electronically, our refund procedures require that the software be uninstalled and deleted from your machine(s).  The Certificate of Destruction Form, when signed,  confirms that you have uninstalled and deleted the software.

The Certificate of Destruction form was sent to your attention on 24-FEB-04 and then again in March.  I have again sent you this form as an attachment today.  You must fill this form out and return it by fax or mail before your refund request is completed.

Please let me know if you are having trouble receiving my email.  If you require that the form be sent to a different address, please send notice to sales@codejock and list the email address that should be used.
