13.2 title bar problem

   After installing 13.2, I compile and run SDI Ribbon sample, then switch theme so that new Windows 7 "file button" is used.

When maximizing frame window, title bar looks like this:

Alignment of main frame icon is not correct in this case. It is correct when the frame is not maximized.

I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate RTM.
