   Hello,

  I wonder if it's possible to know it a row is visible or not by user For exemple, in a report containing 1000 rows, the height of the report is able to see only 100 rows in a time. Can i get only thoses 100 rows in order to export only the visible rows in Excel. Regards |

   Hi,

  Yes it is possible. You could do it like this:
Private Function GetOnlyVisibleRows()
   Dim firstRow As Long Dim lastRow As Long Dim i As Long wndReportControlFiles.Navigator.MoveFirstVisibleRow firstRow = wndReportControlFiles.FocusedRow.Index wndReportControlFiles.Navigator.MoveLastVisibleRow lastRow = wndReportControlFiles.FocusedRow.Index For i = firstRow To lastRow MsgBox wndReportControlFiles.Rows(i).record(0).Caption '' reference of the record, loop through recorditems if necessary Next i End Function |
