Hello,

I was using the drag & drop feature without problems before I started to use the virtual mode. However, after using the virtual mode i am not receiving the XTP_NM_REPORT_DROP anymore... The only drag/drop message i am able to capture is the XTP_NM_REPORT_DRAGDROP_COMPLETED, however that is not needed since i need to know which record was moved (index) and to where it was taken (index).

Is there any way to do that in virtual mode?

Thanks in advance,

Omtara

I do not think so.... I remember I reverted back to a non-virtual mode, added empty records to the grid, and overloaded the OnGetItemMetrics function to fill in the grid virtually.
