Why should I modify default version of vcvars32.bat and VS80COMNTOOLS variable for instalation of XTP 2006 ?

Sorry, I cannot tell you what did I change exactly but the problem was in a slash symbol. I tried to reproduce the problem by reinstalling VS 2005 but XTP deployment wizard seems to work fine now.
