Using CXTColorPicker in COlePropertyPage dlg

I want to add a few CXTColorPicker button into a ActiveX's property page. But I found when the property page is invoked, if I click on the Color Picker, the pop-up could not show at all.  I have attached a simple ActiveX program to demo this. Simple build the problem, insert an instance of the ActiveX object into your VC 6's OLE Test Container (Find it in "tools" menu ) and double-click on the ActiveX object to invoke its property page.  You could see the CXTColorPicker button but this button does not show its embedded pop-up. 

I have done another experiment to see if color-popup could show if I add a CXTColorPicker button to a CDialog dlg. Yes, the Color popup shows. But this COlePropertyPage is directly derived from CDialog. Hence, I am not sure why this happens.  Could anyone here help ?

(Note: the Xtreme product I am using is XTControls v10.3 instead of the Toolkit product.)
