Hello,
We are evaluating the CalenderPro control and it is excellent.
We use VB 6 and access in our applications.
Questions
1) In your example events.mdb, there are 4 tables:
- Event
- Options
- RecurrencePattern
- Schedules
If we want to use the CalendarPro control, do we need to add these four tables exactly as you have them? Can we change the names of the tables?
2) In the Print Preview dialog the Preview frame has a misspelling of Prewiew...is this spelling fixed in the production version of the control?
All the best,
John

Hello John,
1) a) Those tables could be created automatically by the Calendar's Database data provider if they doesn't exist. b) yes, their names are hardcoded and can not be changed; c) you can use any database and any tables structure you wish for storing your Calendar's data; but you'll have to implement your own Calendar Custom Data Provider methods. 2) Will fix for the next version -- WBR, Serge |
