Transparent background on label

   Hi there. I'm using the ActiveX controls in VB.NET 2008.

I have placed a label control on a form and attempted to set a transparent background so when it's placed on gradients it doesn't look rubbish.

I've tried setting the background color to transparent from the web tab which doesn't work, I've tried setting the transparent property to true and I get property value not valid.

Any ideas or have I missed something? Thanks in advance.

	Hi, in .NET it can't be transparent :-( .NET create additional Window for All Windowless ActiveX controls.. Just use .NET Labels.
