I both tried to register the ocx again with regsvr32 and the COM Registrator tool without success !
Should I mention that on this machine XtremeSuite 10.4.2 is also installed ?

I've got the same problem as Tobi: I still have the version 10.4.2 installed, but I noticed that the file Codejock.SyntaxEdit.v11.1.0.lic is present in the installation directory....
Any idea? |

The TaskDialog is neat but otherwise this release doesn't have to offer a lot new.
And if I just start the VistaTaskDialog sample in VC6 and close it immediatly I get memory leaks Codejock ToolkitPro Terminating! Detected memory leaks! Same problem with SyntaxEdit control license not working in development VB6 IDE !
I try to register components manualy and copy .lic file in SYSTEM32 dir but doesn't work. I suppose a problem with an incorrect VALIDATION CODE in the .lic file .... |

I'll let you know which controls we decide to plan for the next release, but I know Tree Control has already been decided.

It would be nice to know if and when those features will be implemented, because otherwise I have to look for other options.

Hello,
In this release updated Office2007 style for MDI tabs and DockingPanes, check screenshot from release notes.
- Undo/Redo popup can be created using galleries
- Office 2007 style property sheet is 30 minutes of work. What problems do you see?
don't see future in "SkinFramework support with MSLU/Unicows" and "Individual opacity for docking panes".
Other will be implemented.

When #define _XTP_RESOURCE_LANGUAGE zh_CN in the file "XTToolkitPro.rc", this rc file could not been compiled correctly.
BTW, in the prev versions, it workes.

Thank you for this version. It is great. I believe, many other activeX developer have waited for this suite with textboxes, comboboxes, labels etc. who support your skin framework and unicode.

Sorry, but wheter the tabs nor the docking panes match the style in Office 2007. Screenshot from Access 2007: And XTP 11.1
Could you please add that to the sample then, please?
I'm currently using a similar property sheet (http://www.codeproject.com/property/TreePropSheetEx.asp), but I would like to have the Office style list box and the header image, plus I would like to use the property grid for the options. |

A wish which has been mentioned before - the ability to have larger tabs in the CXTPTabClientWnd class, something similar to IE7. Not essential, but would be very nice. Maybe add some extra user-definable margin? Maybe I can do this myself if I dig into the code...
Many thanks for the xtpWorkspaceShowCloseSelectedTab option, just what's needed.
Of course I want more of everything yesterday or even earlier, but thanks for 11.1.0 .

Hi,
Simon, please check Samples\CommandBars\ReBarSample sample for something similar to IE7 ;)
to increase tabs call
tc.GetPaintManager()->m_rcButtonMargin.SetRect(4, 2, 4, 1);

Hi, While I install v.11.1 on Windows Vista, I encountered the same Regsvr32 error again and again and cannot open every sample vb6 project. After that, I execute the COM Registrator and reboot PC but not fixed.
So I made and run like below script as admin user. it's OK.
set aa="C:\Program Files\Codejock Software\ActiveX\Xtreme SuitePro ActiveX v11.1.0\bin\
regsvr32 %aa%Codejock.Calendar.Unicode.v11.1.0.ocx"
regsvr32 %aa%Codejock.Calendar.v11.1.0.ocx" Thank you.

Worth double the price !

Quality - not always, many bugs/issues keep arising. Although i must confess they are the best on the market, no need giving them an incentive to increase prices ;) |

btw. where can I find a more detailed list of changes than the release notes?
For instance CXTPPropertyGridItem::OnLButtonDblClk has new parameters. I implemented an overwritten method in a derived class to implement double-click behaviour. This suddenly stopped working because of the new parameters. But the compiler doesn't complain... btw, thanks for xtpWorkspaceShowCloseTab :-) |

I hope that dtPicker will be in the next release too. As the current skinFramework will ignore the dtpicker format, which is something really not nice. And has been inform that it's a custom feature from VB, and codejock can do nothing about it.... |

Totall agreed the code is amazing quality and this in turn will help us all secure a good future developing using XTP, as we can trust this great code to do what we want, and if it doesn't Oleg etc. are great with fixes etc.

11.1.2 and 11.1.3 were only maintenance releases to fix these issues which could have caused serious problems, however 11.1 had many new features over 10.4 and also 11.2's feature list is a very impressive feature list for 5 months work.
