Toolkit Pro 18.4 and VS 2017

   Toolkit Pro 18.4.0
VS 2017 express

During Toolkit Pro deployment process i get:

Microsoft (R) Build Engine 15.7.180.61344 dla platformy .NET Framework
Copyright (C) Microsoft Corporation. Wszelkie prawa zastrzeľone.

C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\Microsoft.Cpp\v4.0\Platforms\x64\Microsoft.Cpp.x64.Targets(514,5): error MSB8008: Specified platform toolset (v141) is not installed or invalid. Please make sure that a supported PlatformToolset value is selected. [d:\usr\XTREME~1\184~1.0\WORKSP~1\TOOLKI~1\TOOLKI~3.VCX]

IMPORTANT: If your Visual Studio environment crashed during the build, try  
           disabling all of your addins and try again. To disable addins:   
             1. Start Visual Studio                                         
             2. Go to Tools/Add-in Manager                                  
             3. Uncheck all the checkboxes in the Startup column            
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

VS 2017 Community - version info: 15.7.5,
In the VS Platform Toolset is: visual studio 2017 (v141).

Is this a bug or some VS 2017 components are missing?
