How do I add tool tips for each individual report (row) in the report control?

What parameters are supposed to go into the member function that handles XTP_NM_REPORT_GETTOOLTIPINFO message? And what does this member function do?
Where do I specify the tooltip text for each row? Within this mem fxn?
There is nothing in the documentation about this. It just refers to OnGetToolTipInfo(). Where do I implement this?
