Speed up data load without virtual mode

   Hi,

Problem here : I need to speed up data load in an OpenEdge application from a Progress database (no ADO.Dataset). It's suggested to use VirtualMode but I need to keep grouping capability. In the ReportControl documentation (15.0.2), it says I can not use grouping while using VirtualMode.

Using DataManager will add more steps and maybe be slower in the end.
I was trying some memory management options but don't seem to make a difference.

Any ideas?
