SOLVED: Resize cursor doesn't show

   Hi, 

When having a VB menu and skin is applied the bottom resize cursor doesn't show anymore when resized to > see picture. If height is less then caption height + VB menu height then resize cursor at the bottom doesn't show anymore (resize cursor at the top is OK)
