I have a form with an ImageManager control containing icons,
and a Popup Control.

How can I use an icon from the ImageManager for an Item in the Popup control?

Try this

Dim Item As XtremeSuiteControls.PopupControlItem

With PopupCtrl
.Icons = ImageManager.Icons

Set Item = .AddItem(Left, Top, Right, Bottom, Caption)
Item.IconIndex = [Index of Icon in ImageManager]
.Show
End With
