In Microsoft Office 2010 each application has its own backcolor for the systembautton.
How is it possible to change the backcolor of the systembutton in the Codejock ribbonbar?

Originally, you can not change the color of the system button or the office 2007/2010 style to start with.
But CodeJock uses separate resources to load the graphics in the control. Similar to the way MS Windows uses visual styles for example, the blue "Luna" skin featured in Windows XP+.
There is several different .dlls used for the resources and Oleg has the source code for the .dll so you can create your own skin using your own resources/images.
Currently, I don't have access to that source code, but Oleg gave it to me once before so you might be able to get that from him as well.
Hope that helps my friend.
