Set Client Height for Resizer at Runtime

   I need to dynamically generate controls array at runtime. The number of controls and sizes are specified by the end user at runtime so I do not know the width and height for the area needed for the controls during design time. I want to use Resizer control to allow scrolling. It seems I can set the Client Height and Client Width in design time which then would allow the scrolling if needed. Is there a way to set/change the Client Height and Client Width at runtime? Or which parameters I can set at runtime to implement scrolling when the scroll area is only known at runtime?
