   I've pulled 11.2 and followed the sample code in RibbonMDISample to produce an XML definition of my ribbon bar.  Is the schema documented anywhere?  I couldn't find anything.  Much of it is self-evident, but I have questions about some of the format (e.g. Type, Flags, HideFlags, CommandBarId, etc.).  Also, can I specify icons & strings from an arbitrary resource file (e.g not the active module)?  How about the resizing behavior?
