You should indicate on your site that you use product activation. I had no idea until after I had purchased and I wouldn't have bought it had I known. Like most people, I use more than one computer, so locking it to a single system won't work for me and would like to return the product if there is no flexibility on this issue.

I just attempt to activate it and it failed to recognize the username and password that you sent to me. How do I return this product?
