How can I add a ".msstyle"file to Visual Studio resources?

I use XTPSkinManager()->LoadSkin(_T("res\\style.msstyles")) to load the skin. When I run the file, the style is applyed, but if I try to run the .exe file, it dosen't work any more.

Search the forum for "rc2" and "GetResourceFile".
