1. CXTShellTreeCtrl does not sychronize CXTShellListCtrl
When Folder deleted from Windows Explorer, CXTShellListCtrl Updated, But CXTShellTreeCtrl did not Update.
<Steps to reproduce>
Step 1. Run the demo program with CXTShellListCtrl, CXTShellTreeCtrl applied.
Step 2. Delete folders from Windows Explorer.
Step 3. the deleted folders vanished from CXTShellListControl, but remained on CXTShellTreeControl.
Q. Is there anyway that I can apply 'refresh' function on CXTShellTreeControl?
2. Desktop refresh error When Windows Desktop update event occurs the 'special folders'(Control Panel, Network) vanish on refresh <Steps to reproduce> Step 1.
