Having looked at the doc. I don't see if it is possible to be notified when an event starts.

Anything will do...

Simon,

No, it is not possible in the current version. Hovewer, this functionality will be added by 10.0 release.

OK, so it would be up to me to look every minute or so and check for events?

FWIW I would like to be able to add my own bitmap/jpg to the body of the text without having to dig into your code.

I will use this for automatically switching radios about.

Please accept my compliments - what you have done with Codejock eclipses everything else on the market. Thanks for supporting those of us who have not moved to .NET (Not Essential Technology).

Thanks Simon.

Yes, for now you should check events by yourself. Next version will allow you to get corresponding notifications automatically.

Pictures in the event body are now supported for standard ones only, like key picture for private events, etc. If you'd like to draw your own pictures, you should add your functionality to common CXTPCalendarPaintManager::DrawIcons method, or overwrite OnDraw method for each view's EventPart, like CXTPCalendarPaintManager::CDayViewEventPart::OnDraw

Wouldn't say exactly, but you'll wait much less than for 9.70
