Hi,
i am trying to use Skin Framework in Access 2003 app, if I have Windows default theme applied - commandbars (toolbars) are not skinned, but if i set for example Windows Black theme in Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Personalization - commandbars are skinned. Is it possible to have toolbars skinned with any windows theme?
