Dear sirs:

We bought the license on 05/01/2014.

1-year maintenance (from 05/01/2014 to 05/01/2015) - version 16.3.1

One release only: 16.4.0 - 10/25/2014

Will I have the new version (16.5 or 17.0)? I do not think it fair.

Best regards,
Ulisses.

Hi Ulisses,

Thank you for your concern, we have actually had 3 releases since you purchased your renewal on June 5th, 2014 if you include Beta releases:

16.4.0 Beta 2    - Friday, June 20, 2014
16.4.0 Beta 2.5 - Wednesday, June 25, 2014
16.4.0 Final       - Saturday, October 25, 2014

We are in the process of preparing for 17.0 beta 1, which should be ready by the first week of April.  If all goes well we will be publishing the final release by the end of April.  If this is the case you will have access to v17.0 when it is released.  If it goes a day or so past your expiration date we can work with you to get you the next version, I don't have a problem with that, but you should keep your maintenance active since we plan on releasing several updates this year so you will have access to the latest updates when they are released.

Kind regards,
Kirk Stowell

Yes, we will be posting some sneak peek screenshots soon, a lot of work has been done on Office 2013 and Visual Studio 2015 themes, also Calendar theme engine has been refactored considerably.  Will try to get you something today or tomorrow, we would love to have everyone's feedback.

We are in the process of compiling release notes for v17, after that we will be posting a "Sneak Peek" thread with screenshots.  Shouldn't be more than a couple days.
