How Can I Change Border Style Of Commandbars Ribbon Without Changing Windows Theme

More Explaining : When I Apply An Office 2013 Theme Style It's Applied OK On All Form But I Notice That The Style Of Form Border Is Stay As It was Windows Theme Style Why It's Not Changed To Office 2013 and when i Change Windows Theme To basic theme Style It's Applied OK and even Form Border Changed To Office 2013?
