It appears that having a <Image Source='res://...'/> in your markup in Report is consuming GDI handles. There is a limit in Windows of 10000 GDI handles per process and I can easily break that by adding 10000 rows with the above markup in them.

I haven't looked at the code for this bit yet, but has anyone else experienced this? Is there a workaround or a fix?
