I don't know if the calendar module is actively supported (cause no questions about it are answered), but anyway, see the following picture. The events from 8:00 to 14:30 are not rendered correctly. Normally they should fill (and fit) the whole column. The red lines mark it. After 17:30 the full width is filled correctly. Behavior is modeled after outlook. In this case it seem correct...here is outlook
