Am using v13.2 in VB6 and cannot get constraintedit to work. If I understand the documentation correctly, this property "Gets/Sets whether a PropertyGridItem that contains constraints can be edited.". However, when I set the property to true for one of the items in my property grid I am not able to type a value in; all I can do is select something from the dropdown list of constraints.

I would appreciate it if someone could tell me what I am missing. Thanks!

Hi,

If its True you can type only items that your list has.
Set To False if you need allow type any items.

Thanks Oleg... it seems a little counter-intuitive but it did work as you say. Unfortunately, once I type a "new" value into the grid, it disappears when I move to another item on the grid. I've just started to play with it a bit and assume that I probably need to add some code so that the newly entered value is added to the list of constraint items... is this correct or is there something else I need to do?

Thanks!
