Hi

I would like to use Syntax Edit as a custom scripting editor.
But my key words are my own. So the script would be say

(SupplierCost * ListPrice) / FOBcost

There are about 40 key works I want to use.

And that's about it.
The other thing is I don't want to use any external file; so all the setup for the Syntax Edit has to be done in code.

Is this possible?, I would really love some example code, just so the example above would work.

Thanks very much

MArk

The vb6 syntax edit sample shows this:

You can modify SchemeAndColorPrepare with your own word list\extensions, then load into wndSyntaxEdit.SyntaxScheme
