The version 9.51 language resource dll's don't include translations for the reportcontrol.
In fact no translation exists for the resource file of the reportcontrol.

Will there be any translation available soon?

You can set strings in application:

m_wndReportControl.GetPaintManager()->m_strNoItems = "...";

m_wndReportControl.GetPaintManager()->m_strNoGroupBy = "...";

m_wndReportControl.GetPaintManager()->m_strNoFieldsAvaila ble = "...";
