Hi!
I have found a scrollbar theming issue.
I even managed to reproduce it with ResourceEditor.exe
Please see the attached video.

Tested on Windows XP sp3
XTP 1202 and XTP 1210

Hi,

Its old Windows XP bug :-(. Problem appeared in child windows if parent has clip styles.

remove cs.style |= WS_CLIPCHILDREN|WS_CLIPSIBLINGS; from PreCreateWindow.
