How does the DockingPaneFrame differ from the DockingPane object?  The help file says "DockingPane object that contains it's own frame.  Designed for use in environments such as Access."  What does that mean?  I am a fairly advanced programmer, so feel free to give an advanced answer.

DockingPaneFrame is identical to DockingPane, only it is used in programming environments such as MS ACCESS.  The DockingPaneFrame controls provides it's own window frame to dock to.  Only use this if needed in your environment.  Visual Studio (VB, C#) can use DockingPane.

Technical reason is because MS Access doesn't create true windows (with hWnd etc), just an MS Access internal fake window.

At least that's how it was when I last used Access (97!).
