When I complied the XTP as static library,It said "Can't find mfc42ud.lib"!

Why?

My vs vertion is 6.00.

It is needed to compile your application in UNICODE. Try setting your Active Configuration to Win32 Debug (For evaluation version).

Or Install the files required for UNICODE:

Add\Remove Programs->Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0. Then click on Add\Remove. Then click on Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0. Then Click on Change Option... Then Click on VC++ MFC and Template Libraries. Then Click on Change Option... Then Click on MS Foundation Class Libraries. Then Click on Change Option... Then place a check mark nect to the UNICODE options and click OK until you are finished.
