Possible issue with Themed Floating Frame

   1) Run the VB6 SDISample
2) Dock Pane C by double-clicking on its titlebar
3) Disable Themed Floating Frames from the Docking Panes menu
4) Undock Pane C by double-clicking on its titlebar
Notice how the docking pane's titlebar becomes transparent and can no longer be moved.
If you resize the pane, the titlebar disappears completely.
