Is it possible to have a scrollable text container in a popup control?
(while I'm here, can can a button have both an icon and a caption? currently I seem to get either one or the other...)

With last 13.1 release its possible with Markup.
Open PopupControl sample and add ScrollViewer tag for markup caption sample.
Caption = _
"<ScrollViewer MaxHeight='30'> ...
"</Grid></ScrollViewer>"
