Poor performance with FixedRowHeight=FALSE

Hi;

I only want the header to be multiline. The rest of the control should use fixed row heights, because when setting GetPaintManager()->SetFixedRowHeight(TRUE), the performance of the control (scrolling, ...) decreases dramatically.
How can I have a multiline header with fixed single line row data (see screenshot)?
