Is it possible to prevent the floating panes from being moved outside the work area of the monitor? (Same functinality as found in Visual studio .Net  Platform control bars)

hey did you get the answer to your problem If yes Please share it .
I have the same problem .   I don want user to move,drag float panes .  
If set nofloatable option .....still panes can move inside application window .
 
they just don't float outside application window .
Is there any solution , by which I can prevent floating of the panes inside and out side of the applications ?

I'm not sure about first problem - how user can drag it outsize of monitor ??
