Making the Ribbon Backstage Topmost

Hi,How can I make the Ribbon Backstage the top most window ?
If the user is in non-backstage mode and opens a modeless dialog, then activate the backstage, the modeless dialog is on top of the backstage.

This problem is reconstructed in Xtreme sample: "RibbonSample" when opening the "Find" dialog and then activating the backstage. (However it is not reconstructed when I in MS Word...).
